This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and cancellations for services and products provided by Lineoriginal.

Return Period

For physical products, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. For services, cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled service date to be eligible for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered cannot be returned.

Cost of Return Shipping

If you are returning an item due to our error (wrong item, defective item, or damaged during shipping), we will cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Package the item securely with the return authorization number clearly visible
  5. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions
  6. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund

Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return after we receive it.

Non-Returnable Items

This Return Policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. If you are a consumer, you may have additional rights under local consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded or limited by this policy.

In the event of any conflict between this Return Policy and applicable law, the provisions of applicable law shall prevail to the extent necessary to protect your consumer rights.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at hello@lineoriginal.world or +1 559 724 9004.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, you may still be able to cancel it, but cancellation fees may apply. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it in accordance with this Return Policy.

For service orders, cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date may be subject to cancellation fees.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. You will receive the credit within 10-14 business days, depending on your payment provider's processing times.

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to that card. If you paid by another method, we will refund using the same method.

Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
